 * I really need some more information than that. Does it error out? Is it a new
   install or has Wordfence been installed for a while? Was scanning working before?
   Open the [javaScript Console](http://docs.wordfence.com/en/You_guys_wanted_me_to_open_the_JavaScript_console_-_How_do_I_do_that%3F)
   on the scan page, reload the browser, and tell me if you see any errors in red.

 * I cannot paste a screen shot. That is the error that comes up.
