# Scanner problems

 * Launched an instan File integrity scan 24 hours ago and it’s still “in progress”
 * Also I’m behind Cloudflare and marked that I’m under a reverse proxy and the 
   next options from this setting.
    And sometimes it gets my IP address correctly
   but other times not.

 * As for the IP addresses and Cloudfare, by any chance can you tell if there is
   a difference in the users’ connection or so between those events for which the
   plugin records the correct IP and those events for which it does not?
