 * Hi support team, I recently installed your backup plugin, but I’m unsure how 
   to schedule automatic backups. Can you help me set this up?

 * Setting up automated scheduled backups is a feature available through our premium
   extensions. If you’re interested in automating this process, you might consider
   upgrading to one of our premium offerings, which provide robust scheduling capabilities
   to ensure your site data is backed up regularly without manual intervention.
 * For now, to create a backup manually using our plugin, simply go to the plugin’s
   section in your WordPress dashboard, and select ‘Export’. This will allow you
   to create a full backup of your site.
