# Schedule frequency incorrect

 * Hi, I’ve got a site where the schedule frequency is Daily for the database and
   Fortnightly for the files, but it’s backing up the database every 4 hours and
   the site Daily, which I believe is how it was when the site was in development.
   Any ideas on how to get it to use the correct schedule please?

 * Hello,
 * Please follow these steps:
    - Go to **UpdraftPlus **>>** Advanced Tools** >> **Wipe settings** and click
      the Wipe settings button.
    - Go to the **Settings **tab, re-add your backup schedule, and click **Save 
      Changes**.
    - Re-add any connections to remote storage locations.
    - Go to **Backup / Restore** >> **Next scheduled backups** and verify that the
      date and time values for File and Database backups are correct as seen in 
      [this](https://prnt.sc/FnFs3eXF2BJo) example.
 * It’s likely that your cron tasks are running with the wrong schedule, and these
   steps should reset everything.

 * Thanks, unfortunately I’ve done this and still getting the same problem, any 
   other ideas please?
