Sorry for the late reply. Do you still have the plugin activated on your site? I ask because I don’t see it referenced in your page source code.
If so, sometimes the global target can be overridden if you have other elements in your WordPress that are adding structured data to that page.
What happens if you, as a test, you choose the target as a specific page? Do you then see the correct structured data in the source code for the page?

No problem, yes the plugin is still active.
Yeah, the TennisComplex schema works on a test page.
The only other installed plugin I think could be adding the WebSite schema to the homepage is SEOPress. I’ve asked a question to their plugin support.
Is there any particular reason you want every page to have that schema? As opposed to, for example, optimizing one page with that schema for SEO purposes.

There was a solution to remove SEO Press’s “WebSite” schema from the home page.
That means the TennisComplex shema is now present on the home page.
