There are two propbable causes: * 1: The REST API gives an error. You could try and resave the permalinks. That fixes the issue most of the time. * 2. There is a conflict with another plugin. To find out which plugin conflicts with Burst, you can install the WordPress Troubleshooting plugin. With this plugin, you can disable plugins only for yourself and see if disabling other plugins fixes the issue. This will not affect your website’s visitors. * If the above solutions don’t help, I recommend enabling debugging and sharing the logs with us. I have multiple sites with Burst installed en never had a problem. All sites are running the same PHP version and the same theme( Elementor One). They don’t block anything on their servers that might explain this issue. * I followed your instructions and noticed that it returned a 404 (not 403!) error at [http://www.domain.com/wp-json/](http://www.domain.com/wp-json/) * However, when I type domain.com/wp-json (without www) it returned the normal front page. It’s easier for us if you open a new thread if you have another issue. /wp-json should not return the homepage, but it should show JSON data related to your website. As a best practice, using www. or just the domain should result in the same page being shown.
