 * Normally, there should be a **Screen Options** button on the right-hand side 
   like this:

 * May I ask when did you notice this issue?
   Have you made any changes or updates
   to the site that might have caused this problem?
 * Is the **Screen Options** button appearing on Posts or Pages section?
 * To help you further, I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report.
   You
   can find it via WooCommerce > Status.Select Get system report and then Copy for
   support.
 * Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in [https://gist.github.com](https://gist.github.com)
