# Screen Resolution

 * Hi,
 * Complete newbie to Web Design and WordPress and have to say, loving WordPress.
   I have 1 niggle with my website – [http://www.2411events.co.uk](http://www.2411events.co.uk)
   which is screen resolution.
 * To explain, I’m using the Sydney Theme and have uploaded images to use on the
   frontpage slider. My machine at home has a resolution of 1920×1080. When I run
   the site, the slider images are cropped at the bottom. If I reduce the browser
   window to something more akin to 1024×768 the images appear fine. On a mobile
   device they dont appear correct either.
 * I’m sure it’s something simple, just dont know what!
 * Any help would be appreciated.

 * I got the exact same problem on my page. [http://www.patrickhoxer.dk](http://www.patrickhoxer.dk)
 * I used Beaver builder and the Tesseract theme. Everything is fine on 1920×1080.
   Everywhere else the text is centered and everything is off.

   the same problem unfortunately because [@john2411](https://wordpress.org/support/users/john2411/)’
   s problem is specific to the Sydney theme.
