# Screen size issue

 * It’s an ok plugin.
 * It would be good to have the option to limit the frequency of the box that pops
   up. It comes up on every page.
 * By biggest bug bear is when you open the box on iphone, type some text, and then
   go to submit the chat, iphones hide the submit button. I paid Quadlayers for 
   support to help with this and they’ve just ignored my numerous emails. Even if
   they responded to say something, I wouldn’t be writing a negative review like
   this, but just ignoring me isn’t helpful at all – especially as I paid them money
   for support. Would make me question taking any other products from them now.
