# Script Error

 * I get a script error with the latest version of this custom sidebar plugin. Need
   to revert. Anyone know how? I’m not a developer.

 * As [@dolliv](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dolliv/) mentioned, if you could
   let us know the error you’re seeing, that’ll definitely help get it sorted.
 * I’m unable to replicate a script error so it could be that there’s a plugin or
   theme conflict. You can switch to Twenty Fourteen theme and deactivate other 
   plugins to see if that’s the case. You can then switch plugins on one-by-one 
   to find the conflict.
 * Any additional details you could provide will help in getting it resolved though.

 * I was able to get my website working again with the older version of the plugin…
 * These are the only details I have … basically any page that was using the custom
   sidebars would show a pink box with the “Script Error” below …
 * Has a fatal error:
 * Script Error
    An internal error happened in the script, please contact webmaster
   for details

 * We can’t predict anything from the error message that you have shared as it is
   not descriptive.
 * Could you please share us the page URL where you are using the custom sidebar
   so that we can troubleshoot it?
 * Can you please try enabling [WP_DEBUG](http://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG) mode?
   To do this, just go to wp-config.php include this:
 *     ```
       define('WP_DEBUG',true);
       ```
   
 * You might already have a line for WP_DEBUG, so just make sure it’s set to true.

 * Let me know what more error information if any you are getting!
 * This can also be plugin or theme conflict issue that you are using, to resolve
