# Script error on Create Ticket Action

 * I have installed the plugin fine, I have the landing page working but when I 
   click on Create ticket button I receive a Script error:
 * A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can
   stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue.
 * Script: [http://www.flynntechnology.com.au/wp-content/plugins/key4ce-osticket-bridge/js/jquery_1_7_2.js:3](http://www.flynntechnology.com.au/wp-content/plugins/key4ce-osticket-bridge/js/jquery_1_7_2.js:3)
 * This happens in Firefox and also IE.
 * oSTicket Version 1.9.4
    FireFox 35.0.1 Wordpress Version: 4.1 Latest Java installed
   and validated

 * Disregard this, I disabled jquery 1.7.2 and all works as expected. Site uses 
   jquery 1.3 as a rollback

 * Hello,
 * I am glad you got it sorted! i figured it was a jquery conflict though didn’t
   had the time to write back untill now
 * (was at country side with a bad 3G connecton all week.. Finally back home with
   fiber internet!)
