 * For plugin work, etc., I develop in php and javascript outside of WordPress but
   get access to just about everything WP has to offer by calling wp-blog-header.
   php.
 * I can’t seem to get access to scriptaculous though. Can anyone tell me how I 
   can get the(se) libraries to load?
 * Thanx in advance.
