# Script stops working

 * Hi,
 * great plugin!
    But unfortunatly I get an error in the middle of “Prepare Directories”
   my browser is telling me:
 * > Ein Skript auf dieser Seite ist eventuell beschäftigt oder es antwortet nicht
   > mehr. Sie können das Skript jetzt stoppen oder fortsetzen, um zu sehen, ob 
   > das Skript fertig wird.
   > Skript: [https://any-app-dictation.com/…emoji-release.min.js?ver=4.6.1:4](https://any-app-dictation.com/…emoji-release.min.js?ver=4.6.1:4)
 * I couldn’t find any errors in the log file. What can I do?
 * Many thanks for your help.

 * try the following steps:
 * – Use chrome.
    – Set the file copy limit to 1 – Set cpu load to low – Exclude
   media folders wp-content/uploads/2014 / 2015 / 2016 (if there are any) – exclude
   large backup folders
 * Please let me know if this is changing anything
