    This is basically your web server saying that this script ran too long for some reason (load, database too busy, other resources unavailable or slow).

    The specific page/action referenced: pmxi-admin-manage is from WP All Import, rather than WPJM, so they’d be the people to reach out to.

    Actually, I’d probably reach out first to your web host to make sure there’s nothing going on there (by reviewing PHP error logs, server error logs), and secondarily WP All Import.
