# Scroll doesn't work

    The site is down
   for maintenance, it is necessary to connect to the admin interface to see: [http://www.csp-promotion.com/wp-admin/](http://www.csp-promotion.com/wp-admin/)
   admin: csp password: promotion1!
 * The plugin is activated, the popup works fine (button “rappel gratuit” at the
   top right), but not the scroll.
    If the plugin Easy FancyBox is deactivated, 
   the sroll works. You can test by disabling the plugin.

 * which browser are you using? What exactly does not work? I tried in Chrome and
   Opera but it all seems fine…

 * OK, found it… it was the Mousewheel jQuery extension script. I deactiveated the
   option “Inclure l’extension de script pour roulette de souris…” and now scrolling
   works in Firefox too. Safari I cannot test for you but I suspect it is fine too.
 * There is a new version of the extension on [https://github.com/brandonaaron/jquery-mousewheel/releases](https://github.com/brandonaaron/jquery-mousewheel/releases)
   which I will include in the next plugin release but I cannot tell you if that
   one does not cause the same issue…

 * Hi Pigo, no this is not in the current stable version yet.
 * Either disable the Mousewheel option on Settings > Media or download and install
   the development version.
 * If you’re comfortable with installing a development version and do not mind reporting
   the issues that you could run into then download the zip from [http://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-fancybox/developers/](http://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-fancybox/developers/)
   under Other Versions. Then deactivate and uninstall (!) the stable plugin version
   and install the dev version via the Plugins > Add new > Upload tab.

 * I have the same issue. Scrolling doesn’t work when efb is activated. Scrolling
   only works when I entirely remove the efb plugin directory. I haven’t found the
   Mousewheel option on Settings > Media which means only other solution would be
   to install dev version? I am not sure I feel very comfortable using a dev version
   in a live customer site. When do you intend to release a stable next version?(
   don’t get me wrong, I think your plugin is really great, just want to use it 
   to its full ability :-).

 * Hi rphaverbeke if you go to Settings > Media and use Ctrl+F to search for “mousewheel”(
   without the quotes) you should be able to find the option quickly.

 * I am experiencing the same issue, I think. Their is no “mouse” or “mousewheel”
   on the Settings > Media page, however.

 * Thanks for the response, unfortunately I didn’t notice your response notification.
   I disabled the plugin and elected to go in another direction. It’s a conflict
   with the [Story Theme](http://themeforest.net/item/story-creative-responsive-multipurpose-theme/7824993)
   and their full page slideshow.
