 * Hello, opening site immediatly scroll down to the calendar, but i don’t want 
   it, i want that when i open, the first thing to view is the top of the page.

 * Please update to the latest plugin version (1.3.19 or later) to correct that 
   behavior. The auto-focus feature has been added as an optional setting (disabled
   as default). It can be optionally enabled in the form builder settings.
