Scroll Triggered Box W3 Total cache

Great plugin. Really. Thanks.
I have a minor issue with it: It seems like cookies are not working with W3 total cache.
W3 functionality offers a couple of things, but they do not seem to be working for me. Maybe I am doing something wrong. Anybody tries these?
1) Use “Never cache the following files” (and enter js-files of the plugin)
2) Use “Ignored comment stems” (which ones in this case then)?
