# Scrollbox form doesn’t work

    I have more than 10 forms that worked great but now, I don’t know if 
   it was an update, they stopped showing on pages like this

    Always show for admin: no Trigger point: 20%
   Allow closing the bar: no Allow minimize: yes Auto Hide: No Display on: page 
   Hide on mobile: no

 * Dear user, I have created a form and tested it with the same settings on my local
   test environment and it works as expected, so this is not a general bug.
 * Le’s try to understand the problem on your side, please check all the below points
   and get back to me with the results.
 * * Please check the form maker’s version on your site and get back to me.
    * Please
   send me a screenshot with your appearance settings. * Please try to use another
   appearance option to see whether the forms work with that appearance.

 * From your screenshot, I see that you have chosen the Scrollbox option not Pop-
   up and the form appears once I scroll down the page, please see the video recording
