* Hi,
    Not a support request, but for me, a search and replace tool as a way to
   iron out the wrinkles and get a bit creative would be awesome. This is one of
   my favourite plugins, but I find myself exporting and editing the XML’s a lot.
   I see someone else requested it a while back, just wanted to nudge the odds of
   it happening.
* Have a nice day!

* Hi,
* Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. In december last year we
   launched this feature: [https://adtribes.io/creating-find-replace-rules/](https://adtribes.io/creating-find-replace-rules/)
* Isn’t that what you are looking for?

* I’ve tried it but I don’t think it’s possible to replace just a part of a url,
   right?
    Just as an example: <g:link>[https://mydomain.com/shop/myproduct/?attribute_pa_color=pink&attribute_pa_coverage=full-coverage&utm_term=22638</g:link&gt](https://mydomain.com/shop/myproduct/?attribute_pa_color=pink&attribute_pa_coverage=full-coverage&utm_term=22638</g:link&gt);
* I want to remove **attribute_pa_coverage=full-coverage** and change **[https://mydomain.com/shop/](https://mydomain.com/shop/)**
   to **[https://mydomain.com/za/shop/](https://mydomain.com/za/shop/)** so that
   it becomes
* <g:link>[https://mydomain.com/za/shop/myproduct/?attribute_pa_color=pink&&utm_term=22638</g:link&gt](https://mydomain.com/za/shop/myproduct/?attribute_pa_color=pink&&utm_term=22638</g:link&gt);
* This is an example but I’m using it in a similar way.

* This part probably works (at least for us):
* > change [https://mydomain.com/shop/](https://mydomain.com/shop/) to [https://mydomain.com/za/shop/](https://mydomain.com/za/shop/)
* Removing a part from the link won’t work. You can only ‘replace’ it with a space
   and thats probably not what you need?

* Well, you are correct. I got it to work! no more post-editing. Must have made
   something wrong the first time around that made me think it could only replace
   whole words. The attributes I’m pretty sure I could replace them with an “&”
   and no browser won’t mind. Thank you!
