    Hi @ajohnsonsn,

Are you using the latest version of the eCommerce Product Catalog plugin?

Sorry about the delay but hopefully you can still help? I went live with our website and added a SSL cert hoping it might fix some of the issues. You can see the issue on the screen shot link on imgur as well as at https://www.superiorrental.com/products/

hmmm it seems to go away when I deactivate the WPbakery plugin. But I can’t keep that deactivated because most pages have elements from it on them.

is there a shortcode I can add to [show_product_catalog] because the moment someone sorts by a category or anything the code goes away? [show_product_catalog orderby=”none”] or some type of catalog sort that would get it to work? Also, it works fine when I remove [show_product_catalog] from my shortcode box in the backend and let it display on its own for the default catalog page but then the catalog displays at the bottoms of the page and I want it displayed in the middle.

    Hello @ajohnsonsn,

Do you have the latest version of the WPbakery plugin? Did you try to contact the plugin author?

Yeah, they said it’s an issue with your plugin. anytime I add the shortcode [show_product_catalog] I get the code appearing in the catalog search bar. Is there any CSS I can add to maybe fix it? or at least get the catalog to appear before the “can’t find what you’re looking for” section. It just doesn’t make sense to have a catalog appear at the bottom of my page.

Sorry, I don’t know if I explained that well. Right now it works if I don’t add in [show_product_catalog] on my deault page to list the catalog. The problem with that though is it than appears on the bottom of the page and I don’t want it on the bottom. I want it above the section about not finding what you’re looking for but if I add the shortcode [show_product_catalog] above the section that I want it to appear the code will appear in the catalog box again.
