• Dear Polylang Support Team,

We are experiencing an issue with the search functionality on our bilingual website, which uses Polylang for language management.

On the blog page https://leonardo-ortho.ch/en/info-center/, a search bar is placed at the top. The website is available in both German and English.

While the search works correctly on the German version, it redirects to the German search results page even when used on the English version — despite the template being correctly configured to point to the English search results page. As a result, no results are shown, since the German search page only searches through German content.

Interestingly, if we manually switch the language back to English after the search, the correct English results are then displayed.

The templates in question were created using Elementor Pro. We initially contacted the Elementor support team regarding this issue. After reviewing the situation, they recommended reaching out to you for further assistance.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this behavior? How can we ensure that the search on the English page directly leads to the English search results page?

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Best regards,
    Andrea
