# Search functionality

 * Hi,
 * I’m using the Twenty twenty three theme. I’m having mixed success in using the
   Search facility (block). I am experimenting using different search criteria, 
   it returns results for some blog post authors but not others. Has anyone come
   across this problem and a possible resolution?
 * The Search is good though for text in posts.

   Search block** will return results from the titles and the bodies of your posts
   and pages, and from media titles, alt text, file names, and single image captions.
 * If you want to have thorough results when searching for authors I would suggest
   using plugins

   have been tested with the latest version of WordPress. You can see which version
   of WP the plugin has been tested with just under its description.
