Our developers are working on a fix and hopefully it will be solved in the next update of Neve. In the meantime, as a temporary solution, you could try to backup your site and rollback Neve to the 3.0.3 version. When I click on it for the first time, my picture scrolls down a bit. Then I scroll up again and only when I click on it a second time does it work again. * -> Maybe it’s me or the settings, I don’t know if you see the same problem on my site?
