 * Firstly, thanks for this fantastic plugin!
 * Secondly, I was hoping to sort my database using a dropdown list of submitted
   values entered for a given field. My continued use of this plugin depends on 
   it!
 * For example, we have a database of healthcare providers, and I would like users
   to be able to sort the list by State and/or City and/or Provider Specialty. Is
   there a way to code it so that when someone selects their State from a dropdown
   sort, the City and Provider Specialty options narrow to records that fit those
   criteria?
 * FYI, I’m very limited in my knowledge of PHP. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 * Creating something like this does requires some technical knowledge, it requires
   a combination of custom PHP to populate your dropdpwns, then javascript to filter
   those dropdowns so they only show the relevant options.
