 * How can I serve out the ability for certain members to search participants and
   edit, insert, or delete. I am using the members plugin and I need the rights 
   to be based on role versus the WP generic ones.

 * You can only do this by giving these users access to the Participants Database
   admin screens, it’s not possible on the frontend unless you build it yourself.
