# Search widget doesn't return all posts

 * If do a list by category [http://www.1x1indien.org/?category_name=video](http://www.1x1indien.org/?category_name=video)
   
   3 post are returned, but if I search for “video” with the widget on the right
   side only 2 articles are returned?
 * Any idea or hints?

 * As far as I know, the default WordPress search engine only searches the content
   of posts. It does not search tags, categories, etc.; nor does it search pages.
   Therefore, the reason it is returning the two posts you’re getting is most likely
   because they have the word “video” somewhere in the content. The third post in
   that category probably does not.

 * None of the 3 posts contain the word “video” at all…
 * I’ve also deleted the missing post and added it again and I still get the same
   result?

 * you’re right, the word “video” was hidden in the hyperlinks of the post that 
   showed up…
