# Search Widget Problem

 * I’m having an odd problem with my search widget that send you to the index page
   no matter what. However, I found if I repeat the search form/widget twice, the
   second one works and I narrowed it down to placing this code BEFORE the search
   to get it to work:
 * `<form method="get" class="search-form" action="http://www.viacharacter.org/resources/"
   role="search"></form>`
 * I’m not sure what is wrong, can anyone help?
