Searching by Comment ID

    A bit green, so please bear with me;
    Is it possible to link to a comment ID or search using the ID?
    I use the polldaddy ratings system for TUs, but the URL to the comment generated by the most popular comments function doesn’t include the page number where the comment is located.
    Typically, posts attract a couple f thousand comments, so it can be difficult to find an item.
