Wordpress Forums are very well organized. If you wish to search any plugin you can directly go to Plugin Directory and find the plugin.
Looking at your requirement, you wish to have something like Wishlist in which user can add products to his/her list for future reference.

Yes, the plugin I search for might be something like these but I need a forum for plugins where to ask specifically, not just a plugin search engine.
In that case, you can simply select the plugin that best fits you
For example, from the list, you select “YITH WooCommerce Wishlist”
You can go to that plugin detail page and on the right bottom, you will find a section called “Support” and its related Support Forum.

Thanks for the response, anyway.
I’d like to avoid this searching of plugins and trying one by one which one doing what… This takes a lot of time without assurance.
That’s why I search for general plugin forum to got directly the exact plugin if it exist.
I will post here and there the same question in hope that there is someone who have the information.

Don’t post in multiple forums. You’re going about this the wrong way. You may not want to have to search tirelessly for plugins and instead have someone point you to the direct plugin that you need, but there’s a slim likelihood of someone doing the research for you.
A plugin which put a checkbox on each product. By checking this checkbox, users add the product in their collection so that in their profile page they have a list of items (products) that they already own.
So what functionality do you have for the ‘users’, ‘products’, ‘collections’ and ‘profiles’ section already? There could be a hundred hours in development just in that sentence.
