searching issue

Hi,
i have completed my woocommerce wesite,and i have uploaded the special offer product but i want to show that product only perticular person who i want, but i want to disable that product from serach option, i don’t want to show that product to show in search page, so can you help me about this issue.

As the issue is plugin related I recommend you to open a support ticket at the plugin support forum as the Plugin author will be able to assist you more efficiently than anyone here.

You can change visibility in the ‘publish’ box when editing the product. It can be accessed directly however.

but here from i can only hide and show the product, i want to hide only from there, where the user search from the search bar.

Set to ‘catalog’ rather than ‘catalog and search’.

Thanks mike, but it is not working. it also show when i search this product from the search box.

This is not WooCommerce search. This is default blog search.

Change the form to append the post type to the URL.

The search form is part of your theme – so look in the header.php and add a new hidden input called ‘post_type’ set to ‘product’.
