# Search&Replace on Comments doesn't work

 * Thanks for this plugin, it works fine on posts but doesn’t on comments. What 
   could the problem be? always no results!

 * I am, unfortunately, having the same issue. It works great on post text, but 
   comments it comes up blank no matter what I feed it.

 * Guys, that’s the point of Search Regex to help you with your own post text not
   a comment editor (we were co-developers of Search Regex in the beginning and 
   it’s still a core part of our workflow). That said John might be up for adding
   a comments option.
 * In the meantime, if you are looking for a quick way to edit a lot of comments
   from the front end in context, you might want to give our Thoughtful Comments
   a try.
