 * Hi. I’m new to this plugin but it seems to be exactly what I need. Can anyone
   help me out – I’m short on time and need to create the following seating plan:
 * [https://pasteboard.co/IWN1lZ4.png](https://pasteboard.co/IWN1lZ4.png)
 * Any help with the legend and zone specs would be really, really appreciated!
 * Thanks, Doug.

 * Hi Doug.
 * I dont mind giving you a hand with this. I am however at work and it may be tomorrow
   before I could spend time to really assist unless someone else is free to chirp
   in before then.
 * A few things we would probably want to know is:
    * Is row A definitely the furthest
   from the stage? * How would you want the wheelchair seats depicted? * Do you
   require different price zones? i.e. Stalls one price, Tiered Another?
 * Thanks,
    Chris

 * Hi Doug,
 * Very quickly and crudely done see below:
 * New Seating Plan with 3 Zones:
    **Zone 1 – Name .Legend:** [1.1]1.1-1.28,
 * **Zone 2 – Name Stalls:**
    [9.1]7.3-8.8, [9.9]7.9-12.20, [9.23]7.21-8.26, [11.3]
   9.5-12.8, [11.23]9.21-12.24
 * **Zone 3 – Name Raised Seating:**
    [1.1]1.1-1.28, [2.1]2.1-6.6, [2.9]2.7-6.18,[
   2.23]2.19-6.24
 * This does NOT include your wheelchair spaces as we do not yet know what you want
   to do with them.

 * Oh my god, amazing – thanks so much Chris! I don’t mind how the Wheelchair spaces
   are depicted – just need them to be bookable as individual ‘seats’ as it were.
   Thank you so much again!

 * Sorry, to answer your other questions:
 * * Is row A definitely the furthest from the stage? – Yes, apparently!
    * Do you
   require different price zones? i.e. Stalls one price, Tiered Another? – No, but
   I will need to offer different prices for Adult, Child & Concession (which I
   assume I can do?)
 * Thanks again,
    Doug.

 * Sorry, more questions!
 * * How do I get the row & seat numbers to show? Bearing in mind the seat numbers
   change in the rows where this is an aisle (how bloody stupid is that, I know!)
 * * How do I get a stage to appear at the bottom-middle of the plan?
 * Thanks again!
    Doug.

 * Hi Doug,
 * Sorry, attempting to reply during quiet bits in work.
 * Try the following in the .legend zone:
    [i1]16.5-16.24, [ld2.7]r2-6, [ld2.22]
   r2-6, [ld9.7]r7-12,[ld9.22]r7-12
 * That will get you rows (apart from A – we would need to move everything over
   1 to get an ‘A’ either end)
 * With regards to getting text within the seat… I’m not sure whether that is possible.
   I haven’t come across it. but if you hover over the seat you get a pop up with
   the seat row and number.
 * For ‘STAGE’ you will require to upload an image for this and play about with
   it in CSS. Images uploaded to the images folder within uploads/stageshow. Without
   knowing a bit more info such as your seating plan name I can’t help with this.

   If it’s any help though the stage ‘image’ on my site looks like the following
   within CSS:
 *     ```
       .stageshow-boxoffice-CHWWRY-block1
       {
               height: 40px;
               background: #202020 url("../images/stage.png") no-repeat center center
       }
       ```
 * With CHWWRY being the name of my seating plan.
 * I can assist more later tonight / tomorrow if you still require more detail.
 * Thanks,
    Chris
 * Hi Chris,
 * Thanks for the help so far. At the moment I have the following
 * Legend zone:
    [1.1]1.1-1.28, [i1]16.5-16.24,
 * General Entry zone:
    [2.1]2.1-6.6, [2.9]2.7-6.18, [2.23]2.19-6.24, [9.1]7.3-8.8,[
   9.9]7.9-12.20, [9.23]7.21-8.26, [11.3]9.5-12.8, [11.23]9.21-12.24
 * This gets me this far:
 * [https://pasteboard.co/IWOsLkf.png](https://pasteboard.co/IWOsLkf.png)
 * Which is great. I combined the 2 zones from before so that I don’t have to have
   pricing for multiple zones (all the ticket prices are the same regardless of
   being in the raised seating or the stalls).
 * Only things outstanding:
 * 1) Add the seat and row labels around the outside (seat number 1-28 across the
   top (probably best to exclude the seat numbers where the aisles are), and rows
   down the left and right sides)
    2) Work out what to do with the wheelchair spaces–
   these need to be bookable as just 2 individual seats 3) If it’s possible, add
   a bit of text to the right-hand side of each section to show ‘raised seating’
   and ‘stalls’ just so people can see there is a difference.
 * After that, we’re there! Can’t say enough how grateful I am for the help so far.
   Once I have got to grips with Stageshow, I will gladly pay it forward 🙂
 * Thanks,
    Doug.
 * Hi again Doug,
 * See the edits to zones below:
    Legend: [i1]17.6-17.25, [i2]3.32-6.36, [i3]11.32-
   14.36, [ld2.1]r1-6, [ld2.30]r1-6, [ld10.1]r7-12, [ld10.30]r7-12, [1.2]N1-28, [
   8.2]N1-6, [8.10]N7-18,[8.24]N19-24, [16.2]N3-8, [16.10]N9-20, [16.24]N21-26
 * General Entry:
    [2.2]1.1-1.28, [3.2]2.1-6.6, [3.10]2.7-6.18, [3.24]2.19-6.24,[
   10.2]7.3-8.8, [10.10]7.9-12.20, [10.24]7.21-8.26, [12.4]9.5-12.8, [12.24]9.21-
   12.24, [13.2]10.3, [15.2]12.3
 * With regards to the wheelchair with a little CSS trickery you can create that
   into a graphic of a wheelchair. I’ll need to get you that later however.
 * The i2 and i3 tags, such like the STAGE should be created as graphics and uploaded
   to the images folder and added in CSS for Raised and Stalls per your request
   above for text at the right of the seating blocks.
 * Hope the above helps just now however?
 * Thanks,
    Chris
 * Code for CSS for wheelchair spaces below:
    #stageshow-boxoffice-layout-seat-10_3,#
   stageshow-boxoffice-layout-seat-12_3
 *     ```
       {
         background-image: url("https://image.flaticon.com/icons/png/512/36/36908.png");
         background-position: center; /* Center the image */
         background-repeat: no-repeat; /* Do not repeat the image */
         background-size: cover; /* Resize the background image to cover the entire container */
       }
       ```

 * Note that this uses a graphic of a wheelchair icon freely available on the internet.
   Please download one to images on your hosting site and use that instead.

 * Hi Chris,
 * Thank you so much for all your help and advice – I now have the seating plan
   I needed:
 * [https://pasteboard.co/IWUopi2.png](https://pasteboard.co/IWUopi2.png)
 * Fingers crossed I can now work out all the pricing options to get it working
   🙂

 * A quick question (sorry!) – is there any way I can force the ‘Send tickets by
   post’ checkbox to be automatically checked?
 * Thanks,
    Doug.

 * Hi Doug,
 * Slightly beyond my capabilities if I’m honest. I’ve had a quick play around.
 * The Javascript code that will check the postage box will be that below:
 *     ```
       document.getElementById("salePostTickets").checked = true;
       ```
 * The issue being is that I’m not to sure where you would place this. You could
   have a play around and if you manage to get it to work then perhaps post back
   here with what you did. I would say you could change the HTML to the page from
   the plugin folder but any updates to stageshow would overwrite this so I wouldn’t
   suggest it as it would give you more headaches than anything.
 * Thanks Chris. I couldn’t get that to work despite trying the code in a few different
   ways/places. The solution I came up with was:
 * 1) Instead of using the Ticket Delivery setting, I put in a Booking Fee of £1.00.
   2) To change the text of ‘Booking Fee’ to ‘Postage’, I used a plugin called ‘
   Real-Time Find and Replace to replace
 * <td class=”stageshow-trolley-type”>Booking Fee</td>
    with <td class=”stageshow-
   trolley-type”>Postage</td>
 * Not particularly pretty, but it does the trick!
