# Second Auth Issue

 * Hello. I’m having issues with my plugin regarding 2nd Auth not sending Authentication
   codes to my email and I cannot login to my site. I tried turning off the second
   authentication from my dashboard at [https://cleantalk.org/](https://cleantalk.org/)
   but it also dont work.

 * To restore access you can delete the plugin’s folder by FTP or Hosting Panel:
