 * With the upcoming update you can use an optional checkbox (for marketing / integration
   Mailchimp) and a required checkbox (for privacy policy) in your download forms
   or turn them off. You can change the text of the checkboxes.
 * You can only add your own checkboxes to the form by adding your own code via 
   hooks and filters.
