If you go to the test page http://demo.status301.net/easy-fancybox-sandbox/ you’ll get the automatic popup. Click on the WordPress logo in that popup and you’ll see the image be loaded into the lightbox, replacing the old content.

Thank you for the example. I inspected element and try to find out, what code should I write. So, I wrote it in my website, but it doesn’t work. When I click picture inside the first fancybox, the box goes away.

That’s because you have enabled the option “Close FancyBox when content is clicked” in the Inline Content section on Settings > Media. Disable that option and it should start working…
