# Second request. Please help.

 * It has been almost 36 hours and I have received no replys to the troubleshooting
   issue I posted. It’s possible that I posted it in the wrong area, or that my 
   tags are not very descriptive. I appreciate any help or advice—even if it’s just
   telling me the correct category to post it under.
