I have a fooGallery that I added to a page and it used to work fine however when I click one of the images to show the lightbox (foobox), the background image I click on shows a larger image of it behind the lightbox and when I close the lightbox it is still there and I have to close it as well to get back to the gallery page. also there are two left arrows two right arrows and two X (closing window sign) I do not have any other gallery plugins

    Hi @nikolozmeskhi

This is happening because you either have another activated plugin with a lightbox feature or your theme does have a lightbox feature that is also active. Because of this, the images are being opened in two different lightboxes – FooBox and the other plugin’s/theme’s lightbox – when clicked, as you explained in your initial message.

After investigating this, I realized that it is most likely being caused by a plugin that’s running on your frontend called Magnific Popup. If you do have that plugin, kindly disable it and the gallery images will only be opened in the FooBox lightbox when clicked.

Another option that may work is by going to your WordPress admin dashboard and navigating to FooBox -> Advanced and enabling the “Disable Other Lightboxes” option then save changes.

    Kind regards,
    Elvis.
