# Secure Submit throws a server error 500

 * We have customers attempting to pay a deposit balance from a purchased item on
   their account orders page. Everytime they click Make Payment the Secure Submit
   plugin throws a internal server errors. I have checked all my PHP logs and there
   is not a server error. When I disable secure submit from the available payment
   options in the Deposits plugin the cart works perfectly.
