 * On the security part, I have a blue button “Start the analysis”. If I click, 
   it starts something but stay at 0%

 * Thanks for clarifying. Sorry to hear you are still having issues with running
   a malware scan.
 * Do you think it is possible to share the site URL? In case you don’t want to 
   share it publicly, you can share to the following email  [wpsupport@incsub.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/security-analysis/wpsupport@incsub.com?output_format=md)
   using this template to share the site URL:

 * Could you please go to Tools > Scheduled Actions in your WP dashboard and let
   us know what you see as the status for the following hook:
   `defender/async_scan`
 * ie pending, failed etc?
   Could you also check under Tools > Site Health > Status
   to see if there are any “Status” listed?
 * A screenshot would be help us to get a better idea
 * If you could also share the Site Health info under Tools > Site Health > Info
   > Copy site info to clipboard it would be helpful too.
