# Security Code image not showing

 * When trying to book an appointment the Security Code image is not showing up.
 * Here is the response header:

   and provide the address of the page that contains the form with the captcha image
   to check it in detail.

 * Had it turned off but went to turn it back on for support and it is working now
   🙂

   even for the free version, the only difference is that it will have less priority
   in the support queue, we answer all the requests.
