    There is an error saying a file could not be found. The contact bar is integrated in the error page automatically if the plugin is active. If the plugin is deactivated you see the “404” but not the contact info, right?

    It seems a file not belonging to the plugin is missing. In that case I can not help you in looking for the missing file, sorry.

    Yes this is correct 404 by its self.

    So the reason is not in the plugin but elsewhere.
