We have the same problem since today. From time to time while trying to generate a label in WooCommerce, the error message SECURITY_VIOLATION appears.

nach dem 3. Versuch: SECURITY VIOLATION
In meinem normalen DHL Account kann ich mich einloggen und dort geht auch alles.
Creating a label diretcly inside DHL Geschäftskundenportal is also unusually slow.
DHL seems to have bigger maintenances everywhere, their services have been glitchy since yesterday. I expect them to be back later this day. Although a notice from them beforehand would have been nice.
There seems to be an issue with the DHL API, this is being worked on and hopely it will be fixed soon.
Stand jetzt funktioniert es wieder.
