Select dropdown

Hello!

I have 2 problems with select dropdown:

– After I choose an item on the dropdown, the select button acts like a submit button and redirects me to the success page (instead of just selecting the item and staying on the page)

– How do I output the selected in the backend ? Every other fields outputs the results, but I cannot see the selected item.
