 * It would be nice to disable right clicking but still have text selection enabled

 * Also, it looks like the plugin removed the “pointer” when hovering over links.
   It is just using “default” for everything.

 * (By the way, I think grammatically it makes more sense for the checkbox to say
   Yes when the label says “Selecting Text” -> as in “Yes, you can select text if
   checked”)
