 * Hi!
    Thanks for your plugin, it is very helpful for me. Would it be possible 
   to add an option to select the “h” level a toggle is attributed? Right now it
   is <h3> but it would be great to be able to change that to any (or anything else
   than h?). Currently I change that in the code but I have to do that on every 
   update.
