# selecting text Bug

 * Hi, I manage over 50 websites with my team, on different servers and different
   environments.
 * Since some update, all websites we cannot double click to select the text (even
   using this support editor) we can’t select all the text or multiple blocks, we
   can turn off visual editor and then in code or with the installation of classic
   editor, or using wpbakery editor we can double click a word or sentence or paragraph
   or all.
 * I have tried other computers and no avail, is very frustrating.
 * Using chrome browser but I don’t think that is the issue.

 * I can easily select text here. It’s more likely a problem with your browser. 
   You should disable Chrome extensions, or use a different browser to check.

 * Ok I check I have other developers same problem, maybe is an update with Chrome,
   I have no chrome extensions, I will try to log in on Firefox but I use chrome
   for everything because the accounts are synced

 * Definately something in Chrome Beta – with all extensions disabled, maybe is 
   new privacy settings.. Chrome works fine,

 * Can you help me identify the difference ? I uninstalled all plugins on chrome
   beta and still have the problem

 * Can you please try and log as a bug, I tried in Beta, Dev, and Canary Chrome 
   channel, fresh install, no sync, no sign in, no extensions, and it is a bug.
 * What is concerning, Chrome works but since Beta , Dev and Canary options are 
   ported to Chrome eventually all Chrome users will have the problem.
 * I can select text any where outside the visual editor, or in classic or code 
   view just not inside visual editor, I also see other google threads on this topic.
