# Selecting Upload File widget with Basic Plan

 * Your advertising implies that Upload Files controls are active in the WPForms
   Basic plan. I was unable to select this option. Please advise!!

 * It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active
   license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through
   the WPForms[ account dashboard](https://wpforms.com/account/support/) when you
   have a chance?

 * Yes, the **File Upload field** is available in all our paid plans, starting with
   the Basic license. Once your license is activated, you’ll be able to add a file
   upload option to your forms easily.
