# Self-acting fire (timer) – Does cookie apply?

 * Hi,
 * I’m trying to use wBounce as a pop up plugin when people visit my site so I have
   enabled the Self-acting fire (timer) option to fire at 10000ms and I have also
   enabled a 15 day cookie expiration as well, however, the popup always shows up
   on every single page load. I’ve just spent the last three hours setting this 
   up so this is a major setback, any ideas? Does the cookie only apply when someone
   bounces? If so, any way to set the cookie to apply to the self-acting fire (timer)
   option as well?
