 * Although I’ve checked plugin/theme competible and getting email from contact7
   plugin form.
 * Pls assist.

 * When are you receiving that message? From the contact form on listings or something
   else?
 * Are you receiving email from registrations on your site (not the contact form)?
 * Let’s start with this article here about email tracking that has a plugin for
