# Send Button Inactive

 * When activating captcha v3 through the Google captcha it disables the use of 
   the ‘Send’ button to submit the form. Is this a known issue or is it theme related?(
   I have captcha disabled now so the form can work). Thank you!

 * I think your issues hasn’t changed, you still have that problem with recaptcha
   probably caused by another plugin using it.
 * you can try deactivating some non-essential plugins and take a look at how [to (re)configure recaptcha v3](https://contactform7.com/recaptcha/),
   if you can make an attempt to regenerate the key and save the new key on your

   none of your plugins are involved in this problem.
 * You could try to [regenerate the recaptcha key](https://contactform7.com/recaptcha/)
   as the author explains in the article I linked in the previous post.
    However,
   I would ask you to open a new thread for your issue so that anyone who wants 
   to help you can do so in the best way.
